How We Work

Who We Are

The Pan-African DIGNITY in Corrections Initiative (PADCI) is a governance-driven, officer-centered organization dedicated to strengthening correctional systems across Africa. We work in partnership with governments, correctional services, academic institutions, and development partners to advance dignity, professionalism, and rehabilitation within the justice sector.

We do not replace state institutions. We strengthen them.
